- Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you.
- The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Guests can enjoy Food, Souvenirs, Shopping, and Rides at Global Village at their own cost.
- For safety reasons, children must wear the safety wristband provided by the ticket booths and Information Kiosk.
- Animals or pets are not allowed inside Global Village.
- Outside food and beverages will not be permitted within the Global Village.
- Guests on any type of wheels (rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, tricycles…) will not be accepted inside Global Village.
- Respectful attire (covered torso, including shoulders and covered legs, including knees) must be worn by male and female guests at all times.
- The last entry to the park is allowed only 30 Mins before the park closing time.
- Guests who are above the age of 65 Years & below 3 years can enter for free.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- Tuesdays are family and ladies' days when only families and women will be admitted to the Park. The only exception is if a Tuesday coincides with a public holiday.
- Value tickets are valid only on Sunday To Thursday: 4 PM – 12 midnight.
Please Note: Weekday tickets are not valid during UAE Public Holidays, including the Festive/New Year Period Eid Holidays i.e. 30-31 Mar & 1-3 Apr 2025.
The operational hours for Global Village Dubai starting from the first day of Ramadan 1st March 2025 to the Eid-Al-Fitr holiday 31st March 2025, are as follows:
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM- 1:00 AM
- Weekends: 5:00 PM- 2:00 AM
