Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
If Cancellation made within 72 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children between ages of 3 to 8 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
Children above age 8 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.

Important Information

Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the park premises
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

Important Update - Effective 1st March 2025, the cancellation policy for Burj Khalifa tickets will be updated to non-refundable in accordance with supplier guidelines. Additionally, no reschedule or cancellation requests will be accepted after this date.
