Tours with transfer:


Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and will enjoy complimentary admission.

  • Children aged 3 to 8 will be classified as children and will be charged at the child rate for tours.

  • Children aged 8 and above will be classified as adults and will be charged at the adult rate for tours.


Restrictions:

  • Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina). Surcharges may apply for locations outside of these areas.

  • Some of the venues may be closed for visiting on specified days and weekends. In such circumstances, we accept no responsibility and will make no adjustments to compensation.

  • The pick-up/drop-off time for Sharing transfers may be adjusted according to the trip itinerary by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic circumstances and your location.

  • During the month of Ramadan or dry days as per government guidelines, there will be no live entertainment and alcohol will not be served.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 72 hours prior to booking date - NO charges will be applicable.

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior or on the same day - 100% charges will be applicable.

Admission Ticket

  • All tour admission tickets are non-refundable upon purchase.

  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the accuracy of booking details.

  • Admission tickets are valid only for the specified tour date and time.

  • Best Value Tourism reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered alternative tour dates or a full refund.

  • Any amendments to tour bookings must be made at least 72hrs prior to the scheduled tour time.

  • Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of tour admission without refund.

  • Additional terms and conditions may apply, as outlined in the tour booking confirmation.




Airport Transfer


Confirmation will be received at the time of booking. Each luggage shouldn’t exceed the maximum combined size (length + width + height) of 62 inches or 158cm. Additional and oversized baggage is subject to space availability and may incur a surcharge. 


If your hotel address is outside of the Dubai zone we cover, surcharges may apply, depending on the address. Please contact us if you are having difficulty locating our driver, have any unexpected details that require any changes, or have any other requirements. If your driver is late, please wait for 15 minutes before departing and contact us immediately. 


Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled transfer will incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the transfer.

  • In case of flight delays or cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible.
